Methods of Service

Personal Service — Direct delivery to the named party. This is the preferred and most legally sound method. Our process servers make multiple attempts at different times of day to maximize success.

Substituted Service — When the subject cannot be personally served after diligent effort, documents may be left with a competent adult at the subject’s residence or workplace, followed by mail. We document all attempts for the court record.

Service by Mail — In some civil proceedings, service may be completed by certified mail with acknowledgment. We handle all mailing logistics and track returns.

Proof of Service

Every summons serve includes a detailed Proof of Service form (POS-010 or court-specific form), completed and signed under penalty of perjury. We provide electronic proof within 24 hours and can file directly with the court.
